DigAge+ is a project responding to the needs of the labour market and the challenges of digital transformation, focusing on a group of older people - workers who want or need to develop digital competences. The project aims to develop a professional profile for this group, develop educational and support tools, and promote a positive approach to digitalisation among employers.
Foundation activities:
- Design and implementation of educational content on digital technologies and tools,
- Support in the design of the learning platform and e-learning materials,
- Promotion of results in Poland among educational organisations and companies,
- Participation in the development of diagnostic tools and a competency profile.
Effects and results:
- The occupational profile of economically active older people in the digital transition,
- Educational and training materials for the trainers and the participants themselves,
- An e-learning platform and guide for companies supporting older workers,
- Good practices and recommendations for employers and educational institutions.
Why is this important to us?

The DigAge+ project is a response to real challenges in the labour market and society - digitalisation must not exclude. Our aim was to ensure that older people have access to effective, friendly and motivating forms of support. The combination of technology, education and a humanistic approach is the basis of our commitment.
