On 27 May 2025, the Polish edition of the programme was officially launched EMPOWERING - Digital Skills for Female Empowerment, of which the Digital Creators Foundation is the national coordinator. The programme runs simultaneously in France, Italy, North Macedonia, Norway and Poland and is aimed at women from generation Y - those who are building their professional position in a demanding digital world.
Programme participants have access to a unique set of development activities:
- Simulation game, in which they take on the role of a manager of a manufacturing company, making decisions under crisis conditions - culminating in a competency report.
- 10 evening online workshops dedicated to career development and authentic leadership.
- Individual coaching sessions - A minimum of 2 hours working with a mentor on a personal development plan.
- Set of exercises and additional materialsavailable on the platform.
- Access to the international community of women developing their competences in five European countries.
Substantive support is provided by three experienced mentors:
- Katarzyna Dąbrowska, specialising in authentic leadership,
- Marta Wojewnik, a strategy and finance expert,
- Marta Cudakiewicz, a coach who accompanies women in their personal development.
Although the coaching programme only covers a selected group of female participants, the platform https://my.empoweringproject.eu remains open to all women interested in personal and professional development.
