Project EMPOWERING supports female millenials working in the industrial sector (or aspiring to this career path), helping them to acquire competencies, plan their careers and break through systemic barriers. The project is developing diagnostic tools, a LearnHub learning platform, a mentoring programme and a European support community for women in industry. A special focus is on women from disadvantaged groups, including refugees from Ukraine.

- Building the LearnHub learning platform,
- Co-creation of digital learning materials,
- Translation of resources into Ukrainian,
- Provide digital accessibility and technical support for the entire system,
- Promotion of project results in Poland and in European networks (including EPALE).
Effects and results:
- Online diagnostic tool in the form of an interactive game,
- LearnHub platform with training materials (videos, podcasts, webinars),
- European mentoring and coaching programme for women in industry,
- EMPOWERING community to support women in career development,
- Publications: handbook, guidelines and white paper on women's careers in industry.
Why is this important to us?

We believe that women - especially young, ambitious and tech-savvy women - have enormous potential to shape the industries of the future. Our role is to provide them with the tools and space to thrive - especially where their voice is unheard. Through EMPOWERING, we can support not only women in Poland, but also refugee women from Ukraine and our partners across Europe.
