§ 1 DEFINITIONS
Foundation - DIGITAL CREATORS FOUNDATION with registered office at ul. Puławska 457, 02-844 Warsaw, entered in the National Court Register under KRS no. 0000789007, NIP 9512485324.
Newsletter - free e-mails containing information about the activities of the Foundation, sent to the e-mail address provided by the User.
Regulations - these rules.
Service - the Foundation's website at https://digitalcreators.eu.
User - a person who has subscribed to the Newsletter.

§ 3 SIGNING UP FOR THE NEWSLETTER
- Subscription to the Newsletter is voluntary and free of charge.
- To subscribe to the Newsletter, you must enter your email address in the relevant form on the Foundation's website and agree to receive messages.
- The newsletter only contains information about the Foundation's activities, projects and initiatives - it does not contain commercial or advertising content.
- The Foundation sends the Newsletter as required, no more than a few times a month.
- Subscription to the Newsletter may require confirmation by clicking on the activation link sent to the email address provided.
§ 4 UNSUBSCRIBING FROM THE NEWSLETTER
- The user may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time without stating a reason.
- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter can be done by:
- clicking on the "unsubscribe" button in the footer of each Newsletter, or
- sending an email to: fundacja@digitalcreators.eu requesting an excerpt.
- Upon unsubscribing, the Foundation will immediately stop sending the Newsletter to the email address in question.
§ 5 PERSONAL DATA
- The administrator of the personal data is the Digital Creators Foundation.
- The Foundation only processes the User's email address for the purpose of sending the Newsletter.
- The basis for data processing is the User's consent expressed by signing up for the Newsletter (Art. 6(1)(a) RODO).
- Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy policy available on the Foundation's website.
- Data is stored until you unsubscribe from the Newsletter or withdraw your consent.
- The user has the right to:
- access to their data
- rectification of data
- deletion of data
- restrictions on processing
- data portability
- withdraw consent at any time
- to object to the processing
- To exercise your rights, please contact the Foundation.
- The user may lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority in the event of a breach of data protection legislation.
§ 6 COMPLAINTS
- Complaints regarding the Newsletter can be submitted to the email or postal address specified in § 2.
- The Foundation will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
- A response to the complaint will be sent to the e-mail or postal address indicated by the complainant.
§ 7 FINAL PROVISIONS
- The by-laws may be amended by the Foundation for important reasons, in particular in the event of a change in legislation.
- Users will be informed of changes to the Terms and Conditions via the Newsletter at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
- The Rules of Procedure shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the Foundation's website.
- In matters not regulated by the Rules, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
The regulations are effective from 1 January 2025.
