Social Navigator is a nationwide development project addressed to activists of non-governmental organisations in the field of social services. The aim of the project is to increase the quality and availability of services provided by NGOs through competence development, implementation of innovative tools and institutional support. The project responds to the needs of sector representatives by offering both individual and team support - in the form of training, counselling, mentoring and working with online tools.
Foundation activities:
- Creation of an Organisational Development Navigator - enabling diagnosis of potential and development recommendations
- Creation of a Local Diagnosis Simulator - to practice the planning of social services in a local context
- Design and implementation of the educational part of the programme (e.g. scenarios, tests, webinars, simulations),
- Providing training on new technologies and their application in the NGO sector,
- Expert advice on the digitalisation and technological transformation of organisations,
- Development of technology development plans for participating NGOs.
Effects and results:
- Support for min. 400 representatives of NGOs from all over Poland,
- On-site training and thematic webinars (up to a total of 52 hours of support per person),
- More than 15 organisations covered by individual institutional support (audit, consultancy, development plans),
- Online tools in operation: the Navigator and the Simulator, available to all those interested in the subject matter,
- Certified development programme with entry in the RIS,
- National sector seminar to disseminate the results of the project.
Why is this important to us?

We see the great importance of social organisations in the public service system - especially in the areas of education, integration and the labour market. Through the Social Navigator project, we can not only support their competences, but also build sustainable technological solutions that increase their effectiveness. We believe that as a sector we can operate in a modern, efficient and digital way - without losing our social sensitivity.
