Development Programme Officer
Form of cooperation: contract for work / civil law contract
Cooperation dimension: 6-month project with possibility to extend the cooperation in other activities of the Foundation
Main tasks:
- Development of a detailed development programme for NGO representatives - including objectives, learning paths, content and tool components.
- Preparation of guidelines for: training materials, classroom training, mentoring, webinars, expert consultancy and competence simulators.
- Ensure that the programme is consistent with the challenges faced by NGOs in the areas of education, social inclusion and the labour market.
- Working as part of a cross-sector team, including working closely with a new technology expert and web application designers.
Requirements:
- Min. 10 years of experience in development programme design, some of which in an NGO and/or public administration context.
- Experience of working on digital learning services - including in an asynchronous online environment.
- Knowledge of the specificities of the NGO sector and its institutional and operational challenges.
- Experience in designing or implementing online tools for the third sector (e.g. e-learning, evaluation, diagnostics).
- Practical knowledge of the principles of digital accessibility (WCAG 2.1 and WCAG 2.2).

New technology expert
Form of cooperation: contract for work / civil law contract
Cooperation dimension: up to 10 months, max. 100 hours (billed hourly)
Main tasks:
- Co-design and development of two web applications: diagnostic (Navigator) and simulation (Simulator).
- UI/UX design and implementation support - in collaboration with subject matter experts and educational experts.
- Participation in UX testing and optimisation of application performance.
- Support from other experts in selecting appropriate technological solutions (online, mobile, accessible).
- Maintenance of the basic technical infrastructure, support in working with the code repository (Git).
Requirements:
- Min. 10 years of experience in the design and development of web applications (frontend + backend).
- Proficiency in CMS such as WordPress i Drupal (creation and modification of own themes/modules).
- Knowledge of the principles the accessibility of WCAG 2.1 and WCAG 2.2 and inclusive design.
- Experience in working with Git repositories and code version management tools.
- Skill interface design and user experience (UI/UX).
- Experience in project work with NGOs or public institutions is welcome.
